Butter It Up! - Huntington

I stumbled upon this hidden gem! I don't come to Huntington frequently, but I was in need of a good breakfast after a late night and sleeping in until noon. I decided to order the Southwest Omelette (made with free-range eggs, pulled pork, fresh tomatoes, and jalapenos) and a Katie (coffee with local sourced cream and honey, along with butter). Both dishes were absolutely delicious! I would give the food a 5-star rating, the service a 4, and the ambience a 5. The restaurant has a unique, cool vibe being located in the market. The prices are a bit higher than expected for this area, but it was definitely worth it.

I have had breakfast at this restaurant for a week and tried something new each time, all of which were delicious. The coffee is good and the staff is incredibly friendly. My favorite breakfast was the yogurt option.

The restaurant offers a variety of locally sourced food, with excellent bacon and a great selection to choose from. The French toast is delicious and the syrup tastes natural. Overall, a fantastic experience. We look forward to returning. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
