Burger King - Huntington Station

Found form in my pommes. and forget to include an article in my order. fire manager immediately.

Very disappointed. has covid. in the house for 3wks. a burger needed, so I went around the corner to go to my burger king! the horses were soggy and cold. the chix friars were also cold? what the devil? I ordered the jalapeño cheese item and they were never added to my order. (at least I was not charged) the menu bar also cut into the tram. the kerl before me drove on the grass to get it. I barely came by. thanks to the burger was good! next time, I'm going to the checkers.

Got the order completely wrong. Don't even know their own menu. Told me they didn't have 2 cheese burgers, but could order a cheeseburger and another cheeseburger! Paid for 4 cheeseburgers but discovered when we got home only was given 2. Got drink wrong as well. For some reason indicated for me not to move up to the window when there was no one in front of me, confusing those behind me as well. Found out this is to cheat the system, they have a timer and are if they do this it tricks the metrics. One time was asked to pull into the parking lot and they would bring me the order. This is apparently to make it appear they are serving faster as you pull through the drive through window as if you were served. If problems are not correctly recorded how will they ever be fixed? This tricking the system also inconveniences the customer.
