The Pen - Huntington Beach

The Rooftop at the Peninsula consistently impresses. The ambiance is stunning, and the food is exceptional. It offers a more laid-back atmosphere compared to the hustle and bustle of Beverly Hills, which is just a short distance away. I particularly enjoy having lunch here in the late afternoon, but I've heard that the dining experience is excellent at any time.

We were in for a quick “turnaround” trip to see the Rose Bowl. We made a reservation for dinner on New Year’s Eve at The Roof Garden and had a wonderful meal and service experience. We went to the Rose Parade and the Rose Bowl and had not eaten a thing all day. We were exhausted and decided to go back to The Roof Garden for the second night. The food and staff are just outstanding!

Beautiful peaceful spot for Xmas day brunch. Everything was exquisite!

The service was extremely disappointing… waitstaff was totally inattentive to our table while promptly attending to and serving other tables. I truly believe it’s purposeful and furthers a desire to only have a certain demographic to dine there…
