It's so convenient to just drive up, pick up my order using my number, and open the cool little pizza door in the store. It gives off a futuristic vibe. My family and I order from here once or twice a month and the quality is always consistent and the food is ready on time. The parking is also easy, which is a huge bonus in southern California.
The person making the pizzas at this restaurant has been doing an excellent job lately. I finally got to taste a Little Caesars pizza the way it should be made - not burnt! Keep up the good work!
Today was a busy day for me, leaving me exhausted by the time dinner rolled around. I decided to treat myself to some pizza to make things easier. I picked up three delicious and hot pizzas from a nearby restaurant. But what really stood out for me was the excellent customer service I received from an employee named Josh. He was polite, efficient, and professional. I was so impressed by his demeanor that I felt compelled to leave a review and even signed up for an account. Josh deserves recognition for his outstanding work. Keep it up, Josh!
Where do I start. I ordered on their app for delivery. The order was picked up by door dash. The guy gets here without all my items. I'm telling him and he doesn't speak one word of English. Nothing!!! He's talking into his phone for some translation thing and he's just saying that's all they gave me. I'm showing him the receipt that's taped to the box to show him what items were missing. He leaves saying he's going back to get them. He never came back. I called and talked to Rosa and she barely spoke English also. But I speak Spanish pretty good so I was able to talk to her. She said it's his fault because he left without all the items!! What!? He said it's their fault she says it's his... I texted him and said why didn't you come back?? You said you were and he was like they do this all the time... so I called the customer service number and it was busy busy busy. Couldn't get through. Rosa at the store said she has nothing to do with payments. So wtf like I'm just out money. I will Never order from this dump again!!! Little cesears you Suck!!! Ps it says I have to add a star rating which they don't even deserve one but it won't let me proceed without picking at least one. There should be a minus star or something
As with most Little Caesar's locations, the biggest issue is consistency. I pick up from the pizza portal so thankfully I don't have to deal with any of the front store employees. But anytime I order, I'm taking a gamble on how the quality of my pizza will be. At times, there's too much sauce and not enough cheese. Other times, the crust is too crunchy. When you order extra most best pepperoni, it's feels like a regular pepperoni. But when the stars do align and the crust is baked perfectly and the cheese/pep/sauce ratio is on point, it's some of the best pizza around. I've worked in the pizza industry in the past so I understand there's always slight inconsistencies in the product, especially if hand tossed. But it's never been so up and down in he spectrum like little Caesar's.
