Contribuiți la feedbackWe ordered sandwiches through their app. They forgot the topping on one sandwich and sent a completely different sandwich for the other one we tried calling 5 times and they never answered. I’ve ordered from otherJersey Mikes and never had the problem. They delivered correct sandwiches and they answered the phone. Other location actually called to tell us they ran out of something and if they can replace it. However the Bolsa location couldn’t bother answering the phone for us to try to get our food fixed.
I have never been to a Jersey Mike 's before. I have tried their mini sandwiches at corporate events. I went into this location while in the area. Three young men were behind the counter and all were very warm and welcoming. One cut the meat and cheese, one adding the toppings suggesting that I get it topped the Jersey Mike 's way and one rang me up. I told them it was my first time and the young man ringing me up said You 'll be back, look forward to seeing you soon . He said that with extreme confidence. I ate half the sandwich because I wanted to taste it freshly made) and let me tell you, it was one of the best sandwiches I 've had in a long time and he was right, I will be back. They are located in a strip plaza so there is ample parking. The reviews were right, there sandwiches don 't disappoint.
Over the years I've tried numerous national sandwich chains, Jersey Mike's is the winner in my book! I frequent this store often (3-4 times a month) and I always get exactly what I ordered, made from meat and cheese sliced at the time they make the sandwich and everything is fresh and great tasting.
Jersey Mike's subs are always the five star Best at every location I've been to. Everything is always fresh and the menu covers every sandwich you can think of. Thank you for that wickedly good rosemary bread option. It keeps me coming back for more. The guys at this location on Bolsa in Huntington Beach are the nicest crew through. They go all out for customer service. I ordered a veggie sandwich and the guy was so awesome to clean the machine from meat, before cutting the cheese. I'm mostly vegetarian but not that particular about keeping meat out of my diet. I thought that it was pretty cool that they would take the time to do that for a customer. All locations I've been to have had Really friendly crew. I usually get the Tuna sandwich. Never fishy, Always good. That rosemary bread though. Without it, the sandwich wouldn't be the same. I had a sandwich there a few times with all mushrooms inside. That's an Epic sub sandwich on a cold rainy day. As a former subway customer I can say that Jersey Mike's is infinitely better, fresher and tastier.
Always wanted to try a Jersey Mike's Subs. Today, we had a chance after much shopping for groceries. We just wanted to order and then take out to eat our subs at home. I had to get acquainted with the menu on the big wall. The lovely missus knew she wanted a regular sized Mike's Famous Philly on toasted white bread. Yes, with all that comes with it. The young man behind the counter apologized for skipping me and moving to the next customer. I wanted a Giant 15 long Super Sub with Provolone, Ham, Proscutini, and Cappacuolo. Top it with shredded lettuce and ample thin sliced tomatoes, salt, and pepper and drizzle it with Virginia olive oil, Italian style. Oh well, it is after all Jersey Mike and not Allesso from Italy. Yes, I left a tip as the sandwich was well wrapped and protected. The crew behind the counter did a good job keeping the Jersey Mike place in good clean order. Extra napkins, and we are off to eat our subs at home. The lovely missus liked her Philly because it was still warm from being toasted. However, she would try a different sandwich the next time. My Giant Super Sub was quartered, and it was an easy way to hold each section. The top crust was nice and crunchy with the center of the white bread soft as the bottom crust was strong and able to hold all of my Super Sub fillings. My only thought was that it was an overwhelming ham and not much taste of the proscutini nor the cappacuolo. The provolone cheese is mild and not much to contribute. However, I liked the white bread. It was the perfect holder with a bite after bite of a well-made carb. I've now had one sub from the extensive Jersey Mike's menu. We will come back and try something else.
