Contribuiți la feedbackI'm shocked how this in-n-out is going. the worst customer service! I'm not sure how this guy was hired.
Great food. friendly service. even if the lines are long, it moves quickly. the horses are also fresh. we like to eat here.
As soon as I got into the parking lot after I hit my car on the side too foot. not versed with the opposite and was a very busy road, I moved into the partie and a triangular shape in concrete to separate in and out to the other partie on the right side. I hit it with my undercarriage. so they see by not seeing that it is badly damaged their car. I lived in America for 12 years and not much visited in and out, maybe my third time. in this time frame. restaurant was busy, eating was fresh, tasty and was not in and out in a hurry, how wanted to enjoy my meal. the staff helped me because I was allergic and they really distracted me. overall was a fast service, fresh and warm eating and welcoming atmosphere. just see this parking entrance (from the beach blvd) thank you for having me.
Fast, friendly and super tasty! stands true to his name and hype. such a great lineup for the ride through, but went quite fast. they had two persons who were giving up along the line of the cars.
I had to take my review down to a 1 and add a photo for reference. This is the most STINGY in n out burger ever! Even when you ask for extra lettuce, this is what you get…. Seemingly less than a normal amount… how is that EXTRA LETTUCE??? I will drive to the Costa Mesa locations in the future!Utterly shocked how poor the service is at the location. I have been to in-n-out for over 30 years and in multiple states, even the only one in Oregon… I was completely ignore by Emma while standing in front of her for minutes. It was not busy and she seemed like she was unhappy to be working here. When I said “thank you” and said “no problem” in a tone that definitely let me know I was a bother to her. Most simple customer rule, never say “no problem” because it insinuates that it could be a problem. Emma may be more suited for Wal-Mart or a job where she don’t have to interact with paying customers. They were also out of napkins and chilies. How hard is it to stock things? Not sure why I’m giving two stars…
