Prime: An American Kitchen

As always Prime serves quality food my guest and I had the same: wedge salad with bluecheese and it was delicious.... We both had lobster rolls served with French fries the lobster wax fresh and yummy and the friends were served piping hot! Just the way we liked them/ service was excellent, professional and attentive, ; we had dessert, we celebrated my guests birthday with a trio sorbet dish and raspberry cream pie from briermere bakery both excellent ! And a happy birthday/ candle 25$ gift certificate from the restaurant! It was a delightful day eating outdoors by the water and enjoying our food , ambience and company. The manager stopped By to see if all was ok and we could not have selected a better place to have a girlfriends luncheon celebration! It is my favorite restaurant!

Outstanding service by Anthony! We came for lunch to celebrate our anniversary and it was extra special. They gave us complimentary champagne and waited about 16 minutes before talking our orders. Which was fine for us, we ordered our meals. My wife had the salmon which was cooked to perfection. I had the prime double steak burgers, they come with a huge portion of crispy hot fries. My wife also had two glasses of Chardonnay which she enjoyed. We had the raspberry pie for dessert which was phenomenal. All in all with the view, excellent service and outstanding service, we had a great time and will return again and again.

Appetizers were the highlight. Downturn from there. My crusted tuna was inedible, so fatty I couldn't even cut it with a knife! Didn't see the waiter once he took our order. Never came by to ask us if wanted more drinks. No one came over to refill waters. Had to flag down another waiter to substitute the awful tuna. Beautiful view but not worth it.

Took my son out for a special occasion . The appetizer was filled with oily The mashed potatoes came out cold , my husbands 110 dollar steak was not cooked per his request had to be returned to kitchen and another one had to be made , causing his dinner to come out later. Which resulted with him having to eat alone. Spending 500 on a dinner i expect everything to be cooked to perfection. I would like a call from an executive management , to discuss my dissatisfaction.

I was surprised they don't have valet parking anymore. More disappointing was the fact that they offered this delicious buttered lobster as a special and come back 20 minutes later to tell us they don't have any left. Then went to order the regular lobster and that wasn't available. Forced to get something my wife didn't even want. It ruined the mood of the night. At the bare minimum the staff could have offered us a complimentary cocktail. The first gentlemen was not even nice about it. A second manager came by explaining it was his fault and apologize but still no compensation.
