The man who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I paused to take a breath and rather then tell him how i felt .. Tried to continue my order. He refused to make half of the pizza with just pepperoni (i have one child that will only eat pepperoni. He was so unfriendly and said my option was to order 2 pizzas. Thrown off i took a second to register and move on... He sounded super annoyed and said to call back when i was ready. I replied with well i was ready but I 'm not sure how to take your attitude.... I said if he is that busy and would rather i could call next door instead? He said 'ok and hung up on me. I ordered once before and the just as rude delivery driver came and was extremely irritated that i wanted to pay with my debit card. The flyer says they take debit but she said.. Ya.. But they don 't. Thankfully i had the cash but this kind of ignorance during a time when most places are being forced to close their doors is a joke. Hopefully if you read this you support ANY OTHER establishment in town but please do not give this horrible excuse for a business your money. Honestly speachless.

When the delivery driver arrived, I had another unpleasant encounter. She was also quite rude and seemed irritated when I wanted to pay with my debit card. Although their flyer states they accept debit, she insisted otherwise. Fortunately, I had cash on hand, but the lack of professionalism during a time when many restaurants are struggling is simply unacceptable. If you’re reading this, I urge you to support any other restaurant in the city and avoid giving your money to this poorly run business. It’s honestly appalling.

This restaurant is the worst in terms of customer service. The prices are outrageous and seem to be made up, with no menu available. The delivery costs are hidden as well. I suggest moving to Express 57 in Ormstown, which is only slightly better than this place!

This is definitely the worst pizza place I've ever encountered. The fries were incorrect, the poutine was off, and most importantly, the pizza was terrible. I recommend going somewhere else.
