Waterbean Coffee - Huntersville

Nice and large coffee spot to work. Coffee can be good, but quality isn’t stable. It’s a hit or miss.

Recently had a great coffee date with some friends. Great coffee, goodies, and loads of laughs. Can’t wait to do it again! Thanks, Team Waterbean! ?

We got 6 coffees, 2 hot lattes which were delicious, 3 frappes and 1 iced coffee. The frappes were terrible, literally tasted like milk and sugar, no coffee flavor whatsoever. They told me the frappes are made with cold brew and I suggested mine to be made with espresso shots so it actually tastes like coffee but they just made it with more cold brew than the first time and sadly it still tasted like milk and sugar just a little bit less icy. I love the place and atmosphere and as long as you get hot coffee you can’t go wrong but the frappes could be a LOT better.

Good coffee and nice place but terrible customer service. Rude and unpleasant service from the women working on 7/21. No customer service skills. Too bad. This place is close to my house so we could have been repeat customers.

There are 4 of us real estate agents that meet weekly! This is one of our favorite spots!
