Pho Ginseng - Huntersville

I absolutely loved the tofu pho at this restaurant! It's the perfect dish for winter. The exterior of the restaurant may not be much to look at, but the food is really delicious. They also have a great selection of vegetarian and vegan options.

I ordered takeout pho and was disappointed by its appearance. There weren't many vegetables or aromatic herbs, but the tofu was delicious and the broth was also tasty.

The tofu vegetable pho was delicious, with flavorful broth and perfectly salted. The vegetables were incredibly fresh and the avocado rolls, though basic, were tasty, serving as the perfect vehicle for the delicious peanut sauce. I would definitely recommend trying the tofu spring rolls as well. The staff were exceptionally friendly and it was clear they had many regular customers, a sign that they are doing something right.

Ordered takeout 2 times from here so far. They clearly marked the veggie broth with a piece of broccoli and the menu has a clear vegan section. The tofu and avocado roll are both pretty good. Hits the spot if you are craving warm broth. Also, their online ordering system is great and allows you to customize every ingredient.
