Mcdonald's - Huntersville

Food is usually fine, but today there was a big chunk of white plastic in my burrito, that I bit into. The service here is pretty great. But I won’t be returning to avoid the risk of biting into another chunk of plasticFood: 2/5

The staff, including the managers, at this restaurant are consistently unfriendly. I'm not sure if it's because they are unhappy with their lives or their job, but every time I visit, they are rude. I recommend trying a different McDonald's if you want to have a pleasant experience. On top of the poor attitude, they frequently make mistakes with orders and sometimes don't give you all the food when you use the drive-thru.

McDonald's has changed from what it used to be. The french fries are now much smaller and not as flavorful. The overall quality of their food has declined. However, the play area is still popular among kids.

Person at the drive thru has zero customer service skills. It’s sad how some people are miserable in their jobs and yet stay. So typical! The fact that management doesn’t bother to even reply to all these negative comments tells you how much they could care less. They are an embarrassment. They can learn so much from Chick fil A.

Just left McDonald's where the male employee's were singing about getting head I couldnt help but to hear the entire song for 5 minutes or more in the drive thru. There was a child 2 cars ahead of me and I'm disgusted that you have employees working for you that talk like thatI will not come back and I would not suggest people with children or self-respect go there again
