Longhorn Steakhouse - Huntersville

I tried the 22-ounce porterhouse for the first time, and the parmesan crust really elevated the dish. This location was quite busy, but the staff did a great job of keeping tables turning. Compared to other Longhorn locations, the decor and table arrangement felt a bit outdated and cluttered.

Overall, our experience was satisfactory. We ordered the Longhorn Steak, but unfortunately, we had to send it back three times. Initially, we requested it to be cooked medium-well. However, on the last attempt, they returned a completely different steak and forgot the sides. The manager was pleasant, but our patience was worn thin after having to send the steak back so many times.

One night I went to dinner as usual with my Chris. And there was a glare of light directly in my face as I was having a conversation with my BFF and Charles comes out of nowhere and apologizes for the ambulance lights outside that’s in my face. I was blown the way by the fact that he paid or pays close attention to his customers even after being served. And I couldn’t imagine anyone complaining about an ambulance, that is outside of a restaurant, and has nothing to do with the restaurant. I was beyond impressed!! I appreciate Charles and the excellent customer service that he gives and I am sure on a daily. Come see my guy!! Thank you. Moving forward we meet. Amanda and once again, I was impressed with the service and attention to detail the bummer is that she only works on the weekends, because that is my go to waitress. Thank you for the excellent customer service and thank you for just being you. if I can give Charles of Amanda 10 stars I would, oh but I just did!! Thank you.

Ordered to go online and it was scheduled for pickup at 8:30. It was prompt however some of the items not so much. We asked for extra butter for out sweet potatoes and didnt recieve it .The 9 chicken tenders that were supposed to be split amongst 2 people were more like nuggets. For 18 dollars the chicken tenders shoulnt be like that. Nevertheless the service was quick and the food was hot. I hope in the future I can try again

We were in the mood for a steak while at the mall. At 5.30 the wait was 1-1.5 hrs. Driving to Statesville road tool 17 min. Wait was 0 min. We drove there, were sitted, ordered and ate before we would get a table at the mall location. Sounds great? Thats not all : Everyone, especially our waitress, were really nice and made us feel welcome. Our food was as good as it looks in pictures if not better! Out drinks were delicious while being on a strong side. Definitely our new favorite casual day steak location Thank you for having us!
