Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

We usually love this restaurant but were a bit confused about what was and not included in our birthday dinner. We went in time for the happy hour on a Tuesday which advertised 4 to 6:30. What wasn't clear is that only bar bites are included in this except on Wednesdays. Also we were told there was a free birthday dessert...the server failed to tell us that this was only the cheesecake and that if you got anything else you were charged $10+ . I will only go on Wednesdays from now on until they change the communications. Hopefully there are no snafus built into the Wednesday deal.

Pacing of the meal wasn't great. Our entrees arrived before we had finished our salads, server should ensure time to finish salads/appetizers. Then there was an unusually long wait for our desserts. Other than pacing meal was good.

The management and the staff at this location are top notch. We had an excellent experience last night. Food was superb. Customer service was impeccable. There was a mixup in the kitchen that really didn't even affect our order that much and they comped us for the item anyway and provided free dessert. We were returning to this location without the free items, but it was appreciated nonetheless.

Such a lovely birthday lunch with my bestie! The steak salad and it's dressing was divine, and the salmon was perfect, as usual. Rachel, our server, was just right! She met our every need while not being intrusive at all. Loved the little creme bruleè with strawberries and a candle dessert for the birthday girl! Also wanted to compliment the hostess who kept her cool under pressure when a sudden unexpected large influx of people came in. She handled everything like a pro! Thanks again for an awesome meal!

Too loud to talk. Made reservations for party of 11 and the table was a bit small for us- we were stuffed in like sardines.They didn’t take our main order for an hour. My order was messed up.A few people didn’t like their food.Balsamic chicken was too strong with the vinegar. Salmon had a weird texture.Veggies and baked potato were yummy and everyone raved about their appetizers (especially cheesesteak eggrolls) they got.This is the second time I’ve been to a firebirds with a group and had a bad experience. The menu does specify what items are gluten free which was helpful.
