Dressler's Birkdale Village

The braised short ribs were amazing! Our waitress, Rachel, was great and Dresslers is definitely a good spot for special occasion dinners.

Our experience at Dressler's Birkdale was exceptional. I am ever so excited that our dining experience is consistently excellent. I have mixed emotions about the closing of Dresslers and the new opening of Fin Fino at Birkdale. I do look forward to a somewhat different venue, but I know that John and his staff are well prepared for the change.

We are sad to see Dressler’s closing soon to remodel; but we LOVED our experience. Our server was amazing as always, the staff was prompt and friendly, and it was wonderful to see Derrick again (what a hoot of a guy! . Looking forward to seeing the staff again after the remodel is complete!

Vibe was great, felt good to be valued as a customer. My server Daniel was amazing. Thank you for helping me celebrate my 27th birthday!!

We had a delicious dinner and drinks. The service was top notch. Servers were pleasant, attentive and very professional. Would highly recommend.
