Dressler's - Huntersville

We love the food so much we comeback often. Last night I tried the shrimp and it was so good with just the right amount of spice. Mom's cheesecake is so good too. Great way to end the meal.

The food was delicious! We had been to the Charlotte location but this was our first time to the Birkdale one. The scallops and the tuna with peanuts were both amazing! And the crust on the key lime pie is to die for!

This is our 3rd time here. I love the food and drinks. It's on the upside of costs but worth every penny. Hade the best Tuna Sushi anywhere i've ever eaten. I'll get back to you soon.

Once again an incredible experience. Top notch service with exquisite cuisine. Do “The Treatment” it's the best $70 you will spend as you will leave full and your foodie palettes satisfied. There were three of us and we tasted over 9 small plates. It had our tastebuds dancing with the variety. Oh and cocktails were spot on as well.

So this is Dressler's 2.0. It's light, bright and modern. Nice to see that they put acoustical panels on the ceiling as Dressler's was way too noisy. Menu is somewhat limited, mostly small plate offerings which are tasty. Service was very good but I do not appreciate having my dirty utensils from my first course being taken off my plate and put back on the table by the waiter. I expressed as much to him without any response. Overall a nice experience.
