Burger King - Huntersville

I rarely receive my order correctly at this restaurant. I always make sure to check my order before I leave.

The service was slow, which was not unexpected. I am giving this restaurant 1 star because they forgot to bring some of the items we ordered.

The service at this restaurant is poor. The manager seemed intentionally rude and my order was completely wrong. I had to repeat my order at least three times before it was finally correct. I would not recommend this place even for one star.

I never had a good experience in this burger king and tonight was absolutely no exception. I ordered a very simple order of a hay fever with nothing on it, but I got a burger with cheese and was charged for the cheese. the hired have not charged this, and all they did was to pull the cheese from my burger, and not even remove everything. I'm allergic to me and if I ate that, it could have hurt me seriously. I would have sued if I had become sick, so I'm glad I caught it before eating. I want a refund for this order and I will never return. I will pursue my refund by company.

Never have a good experience at this BK. Always a long wait whether at the drive Thru or walk in. My last experience there a few days ago, I ordered food online to pick up directly through the BK app. Was charged for it, app said closes at 8pm. Got there at 6:41pm about 10 mins after I placed my order. Pull up to the drive through. “I’m sorry, we’re closed”. I let her know I placed a mobile order. She said sorry, we’re closed. Reach out to your bank. And that was the only response I got from her. Not sure why they were “closed” at 6:41 on a Monday either…customer service was awful, took my money and received no food. Reached out to customer service online and got a refund few days later. That’s the only reason for the 1 star. Funny thing is, I decided to see if they were still allowing orders later on that evening. About an hour later the app was still accepting orders. Go figure.
