Brixx Wood Fired Pizza Craft

Brixx is such a fun little place! they have many possibilities for vegans. they offer vegan cheese for their pizza, which is great!

We ordered 2 gluten-free sweet pizzas with vegan cheese. the pizzas are very small 11’ cut in 6 slices and the gluten-free crust came half burned. it was okay, but honestly, I would just get a Daiya Freezer pizza about the order here again.

After their website are the traditional and all the wine-crusted vegan. gluten-free and flower-coal crusts are not vegan. vegan cheese is available on request free of charge. Make sure to check the allergen information on the website to ensure that there are no hidden milk or eggs in one of the ingredients. I like the wooded vegetable pizza. roast As long as they get the traditional or whole weeping crust, the only change they have to make is to give vegan cheese.

They have vegan cheese or you can have no cheese, which is what I have. The pizza is good and not overly oily. Fresh ingredients and friendly staff.
