Fabulous food service! If they're busy, you may have a bit of a wait, so be prepared patient, it will be worth it! We love their cheese burgers, chicken salad, fruit salad, cookies, etc. We've enjoyed every meal at this adorable hometown restaurant. Their cookies are great too, the cookies are available at the front counter and we always purchase some to take home!

A great place to grab a bite when visiting the historic square. The service was friendly, but slow paced. The food was good, with a nice variety of options.

On the recommendation of a coworker, we gave Hunter’s Cafe a try. Located inside an old downtown storefront, the initial impression does not scream “fine dining,” but it is inviting and pleasant. We ordered the patty melt and the turkey Reuben with an order of sweet potato fries. The patty melt was hot but a bit over-cooked. The grilled onions helped compensate for the meat. The turkey Reuben was also hot. There was plenty of sauerkraut though not evenly distributed across the sandwich. If the dressing wasn’t homemade it was a good substitute. Overall, both sandwiches were great choices. The sweet potato fries were tasty but cold. They would have been awesome had they been hot. The prices are very reasonable and the service was prompt and friendly. I would come back and recommend you give Hunter’s a try the next time you are near Sweetwater.

Great food, service and atmosphere. Will definitely be going back! The town of Sweetwater has some cute shops and is fun to walk around. All around a good experience!
