This hotel ended up being the perfect lodging for our May 2023 wedding. The accommodations were elegant, comfortable, and located close to a shopping center full of anything our guests might need in a pinch. We reserved a block of rooms for our guests and also booked one of their parlor suites where the bridal party got ready and my husband and I crashed after our wedding reception. Service on the wedding weekend was above and beyond — seriously: I locked myself out of the bridal suite at one point and needed technicians to get me back in. The front desk personnel were ANGELS about it. Everyone from the front desk to breakfast buffet staff were wonderful. The customer service in coordinating everything at the start could use improvement — they weren't always responsive/helpful, and I felt like I had to frequently follow up to get answers to my questions.

First room had a toilet that wouldnt flush, tub wouldnt drain. Second room had a dripping leak in the ceiling. Mold in the room. Dripping leak in the hall. No hot water saturday morning. Escalator is broken. Door fell off of one of the ballrooms during the event. Carpet is worn and gross. This place needs to get their stuff together.

I did not stay overnight here. But I do give talks annually to a convention that is held here. First, the air conditioning never works in the meeting rooms, they are steaming and sweaty (and in July, the convention date! Secondly, smoking is allowed onsite, outdoors, all around the entrance to the lobby. The smoke was so thick all along the outdoor walkway linking parts of the hotel I nearly gagged. Finally, the last time I was there once of the convention area escalators was inoperative for the entire weekend of the meeting. What a dump!

We use this hotel yearly and always have a lovely experience. Our room is spacious and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Great Buffett breakfast and plenty of staff available for special needs. During our dance, the staff ensure that all the cold drinking waters stay full. We are looking forward to our next visit.
