Bella Vita - Hungerford

We had a wonderful meal here! At first glance, the restaurant seemed a bit dated when we sat down, but that quickly faded from our minds as we made our selections. The staff was fantastic—polite, incredibly helpful, and really fun! I even got a little serenade! The food was outstanding, particularly the lobster and the perfectly cooked steak. The staff also came by to check if everything was satisfactory. The atmosphere was lovely, and I’ll definitely return when I’m back in the area.

This is a wonderful family restaurant with outstanding service and an authentic Italian ambiance. The food is fantastic, and the place always has a lively atmosphere with a great mix of patrons. Update: May 2018 - it's even better! I still think it's a bit unfortunate that they serve pre-made desserts, especially given the generous portions of the other dishes, but the dessert I tried (tartufo nocciolo) was delicious, so no complaints there! I would love to have prosecco by the glass as well.

We had dinner for two on a Friday night, and we were really pleased with our experience. The staff was very friendly and engaging, which added to the atmosphere. The food we ordered, including pizza and pasta dishes, was delicious. The only minor drawback was that the restaurant itself felt a bit outdated, and the restrooms could use some renovation. However, overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely return the next time we’re in Hungerford.

Was straight through hungerford on a bike tour and stopped at this place. was very happy that I did it! very friendly and accommodating staff. Eat was great!

We were extremely well looked after by the manager who made a great impression on the family telling us his personal stories of his experience working in the restaurant industry and entertaining the kids and the grandparents alike! The food was very tasty and we were introduced to the chef as well at the end of the meal. Final bonus is we were able to bring our well behaved dog with us in too. He was also well looked after with treats of Italian ham!
