Wendy's - Hummelstown

Even if the young lady with the dreadlocks behind the counter didn?t think taking a simple order was like rocket science I still wouldn?t come back to this specific store. Food was cold, lots of attitudes at play, and overall very dirty. The interiorupgrades are just lipstick on a pig and do nothing for the actual ?quality? of this place. I would go to ANY of the otheravailable options in the plaza for food than here. Definitely avoid.

Service was terrible it took 11 mins for them to take the order at the drive-in. And they didn't know what the Wendsys QR code was saying they didnt have a scanner. Wendys is really dropping the ball the Frederick store is just as bad.

My last 3/4 trips, my drinks were colored seltzer water.. I know things happen? but that?s a lot and I can?t be the only customer here.. I?ve had missing items a few times here as well..

Ordered cheese fries. They said they had to make more cheese sauce and had me pull forward. 8 min later, I went back through the drive through asking where my order was. I still had to wait another 2 min. But this time I said I'm not pulling forward

We got delivery so I can't speak to service or atmosphere, but food is always good, although the place acted like the loaded pub fries I ordered were a rare commodity. C'mon. Fill up the container. My container looked like the end of their supply. It wasstill good, but it's the principal of it.
