Texas Roadhouse - Humble

Took my husband to dinner for his birthday. Husband and father in law ordered medium rare steaks but received medium well. One steak was sent back and after waiting 20 minutes for the manager to deliver a new one my husband cut into it to find it was also medium/ medium well. He was hungry so he decided to try it but was clearly not happy. The steak was cooked very unevenly and was actually well done in half of it. We showed the manager who agreed to remove it from the bill and took off with half the steak and all of his fries. When the bill arrived she had given us a $8 discount on a $17 steak dinner. So we paid $9 for a side salad and 1/2 of an over cooked steak with no side. This really could have been handled much better. I’m very disappointed in this experience. Actually had to make him a sandwich when we got home. Happy birthday honey.

Decent. the service was a little slow, but friendly. Eating was usually good. steak was a bit over, but it's not a steakhouse. everything is not bad. I can be back in humble

We love trh, we have come here for years, we love to visit trh in baytown pasadena. we also visited the location in the lake charles. this was our first visit in this place and it was the worst experience we ever had. first we asked for a table for 7 guests and sat at the stand that had only 6 places. my man had to put a chair at the end of the table and he was so uncomfortable. we had to ask the waitress for more broth because she had never asked if we had more (originally they had 2 baskets) for a table of 7 adults. when the waitress brought the drinks, she said: “I need space,” she put all the tablet with the drinks on the table. (I think that was rude and bad service)6 of us had salate when we finished our salads, we had to stack the dishes on top of each other to make a place (no, the dirty salat bowls had to pick up) my When eating was brought out by the food runner, the waitress never came to ask if everything was in order with our food. the waitress never asked if we needed to refill on our drinks (we had to fly them after filling) from our previous experience we know that trh at the end of the table takes a reception so that the management can check on the tables, then they pull the entrance from the table when they have checked on this table. no manager came to our table and we noticed that the tables around us had also recorded their acknowledgement after the departure of the customers. the waitress never asked if we were going to crates and bring the ticket to the table and put next to my man while he was still eating. worst experience ever and we will never visit this place again. we spent $165 without tap for 7 and it wasn't worth it. Eating was ok, but the two who ordered ripening said the ribs were cooked and they didn't like them. the waitress did not pick up any teller (see picture) as the table was when we got up. they weren't so busy that the manager wasn't going to check on tables. I have spoken to a manager (female) as we went out and have addressed some of our concerns, we will not come back.

If you want a good service and some good choice of selective cooking meat, then this is the point you need to try. our waitress chloe was great to be attentive to us and made sure that we also serve the best service on a busy day! I hope the company has assessed it for it. Texas roadhouse is my absolute favorite place to eat....HOWEVER tonight was a huge disappointment! we sat in the bar area, we waited 20 minutes to be recognized when my man was watching who would be our waitress to chat with the table behind us. we went out at the end! so disappointed! had to calm down for Mexican food....UGh!
