Hector's Mexican Restaurants - Humble

Everything is wonderful and it's just a different environment all together. The food is authentic Mexican food. Everyone is so friendly and are not rushing you out so other customers can be seated. That is definitely my favorite Mexican restaurant.

My family and I meant to stop at this little diner for a while now. Well.. we finally did that tonight and we're so glad that we did! The place is right on FM-1960 (easy access) and plenty of parking space. It's Tuesday night so the place isn't packed. The place is cozy and they have both bar and patio, for their customer's convenience! I've noticed that lots of their customers and servers referred to each other by their names, at least 4-5 families, so this tells me that these are their regular guests. Food was fresh and tasty, service was GREAT and menu offered lots of different choices. Despite terrible inflation, their prices are decent. My favorite part is that this is a family run local small business and they support their community! They close around 8:00 or 9:00 p.m. and are closed on Mondays. Thank you Hector's for a pleasant dining experience! We will be back again!

Stopped in with the wife for an afternoon meal. Got the fajitas and were very pleased. Big size cups for drinks. Solid tres leches. Worth it. Cheers ?

Hector's is now our favorite Mexican restaurant ? Sabino the owner makes you feel at home his awesome wife Ana is an excellent cook ?? we will be coming back regularly ? ? Can't wait to taste their skinny Margaritas ?

The first time I went to Hector's, the food was great, staff was great. The second time, we were seated by a friendly staff member but had a little friend hanging out by the table with us. (A dead roach). We politely cancelled our order and left.
