Dunkin' - Humble

Worst customer service ever. On multiple occasions. By different staff members. They apparently teach servers to be asinine. Manager who came to assist on one occasion was respectful and courteous. Why do I return? Because I drive delivery in the area. THE WORST! See Ms Garrett's review. Exactly what I experienced on MULTIPLE occasions.

It's been a while since I've been here since it's a 7 mile drive, but my grandkids wanted donuts and my wife had a craving for Boston cream donuts. When I walked in I was welcomed by at least 2 of the workers. The 2 young men at the counter were friendly, professional, and patient. My only issue is the assortment of donuts. No chocolate frosted peanut or coconut. Also the frosted sprinkles are all raised and not the old fashioned cake like we prefer.

The young Latina lady who took my order, whose name I didn't catch, was very polite and professional. I noticed she might have been a bit nervous, possibly because she is new to the job. I believe her managers or trainers could have done a better job in providing her with the knowledge and support she needs to excel. Despite this, she was wonderful and just needs a little guidance, and she will be truly outstanding in no time.

Absolutely terrible! I made sure to get names after my last experience here. First off, a girl named Brynn was on register when I had entered and she just had the nastiest attitude even before I got to ask for anything. I tried not to think much of it, maybe she had a bad day, but that’s still not the attitude you want to bring to work. I tried to move past it, but I noticed cockroaches on the floor and it was absolutely disgusting. I made a little comment about in case she didn’t see them so they could do something about it, but she still did not care at all. There was another lady, Leysha, who just seems like she hates her job! I don’t know what position she’s in but maybe she’s not the best to have on crew. The donuts weren’t even worth all this trouble. They were dry and tasted awful. This place overall is just horrible. Bad attitude everywhere, cockroaches roaming around, and nasty food!!!

Don’t even know what to say that’s how bad the visit went. Ordered in drive thru and after ever item she got louder as she asked anything else! I hope people stop going here so this place can close down and hopefully we get a better servicing business in this area we need it. Besides the rude tone we were missing food items we ordered. Kolache and a donut to be exact. If you don’t like doing something quit let someone else who truly needs it or can act more professional work there.
