Chick-fil-a - Humble

Rebecca assisted me outside, and she was incredible! For anyone who says she talks too much, you clearly don't appreciate great service, lol. She was personable and friendly, reminding me why I love Chick-fil-A so much! Thank you again, Rebecca, for taking my order and being so patient with me. You were fantastic!

This location has been a great first job for my daughter. The employees here are kind and respectful. I definitely recommend checking them out!

I absolutely love everything about Chick-Fil-A! My granddaughter affectionately calls it "Chicken-Fil-A." The customer service is fantastic. We typically place our orders through the app, and despite the heavy rain and storms, one of the team leaders called to inform me that there would be a delay in delivery until the weather cleared up. I really appreciated that call, as it allowed me to decide whether to wait or cancel my order. The team at the Humble, TX location on Wilson Rd. is amazing, and we really enjoy dining there!

Food was fine. I only ordered fries so no problem there. But the girl got the order wrong. Instead of 1 it was suppose to be 2. No big deal. I just asked her to repeat the order before paying and then corrected her saying it was suppose to be 2. Again no big deal to me. The problem is she had a problem. What it was? I don’t care. But body language and tone after the correction just checked out. Blonde hair. Think she was regular staff her shirt was blue and white stripes. 9/19/23. Night Shift. 8:25pm. Baby girl fix your attitude it wasn’t that deep. This is the first time ever In my personal chick fil a history where someone gave me attitude. It was only fries I never yelled at her. Show kindness love , I didn’t make you apply for Chick Fil A.
