Toby Carvery Willerby Village - Hull

Turned up for our 6:30pm booking for four. So many people, no table for ages, all the people hanging around. Left and eat somewhere else. Why book at table for a time, and then arrive to a free for all?

The table was booked for 1730 however by 18:15 still wasn't sat down and with a hyper active 2yr old this can be a little chaotic. We have used booking before and waited five minutes hence booked a table. I was stood near the wait area and people coming in at 17:45 was being sat down at this time.

For our reservation at 18:30 clock for four. so many people, no table for age groups, all men hang around. left and eat elsewhere. why book a time at the table and then arrive for free for everyone?
