I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant! The waitress was very informed about coeliac disease and assured me that they could modify almost everything on the menu to accommodate my needs. The chips are prepared in a dedicated fryer, which was reassuring. I ordered the surf and turf, and although I couldn’t have the scampi, they replaced it with extra prawns. Since I couldn't have the onion ring either, they offered me other options, and I went with peas. I also enjoyed some buttered asparagus. As of this morning, I’m feeling great! I'm quite sensitive, so this is a good sign. They mentioned that they also have gluten-free Yorkshire puddings on Sundays.
