Jersey Mike's Subs - Hugo

I’ve visited this location around 50 times over the past two years, and I consistently encounter the same female manager, who is rude and unhelpful. She shows no patience and lacks basic customer service skills. She often snaps at customers and walks away after being disrespectful. Unfortunately, she seems to lack all the qualities a manager should possess. On a positive note, the food is excellent, and the other staff members have been exceptional. I've noticed similar reviews here, and I suspect they’re referring to her as well. It's important to prioritize customer satisfaction.

Absolutely FRESH! The sandwiches are excellent, with plenty of fillings that definitely outshine the bread. They're incredibly delicious! The place is also spotless; it's so clean it practically sparkles.

Wonderful customer service and even with a long line very quick and friendly.

Delicious food. Bread was soggy... perhaps it was done a while before the driver picked it up.

Been to this location 3 times all 3 they have gotten my order wrong. Tonight ordered a white wrap with no tomato gave me wheat after remaking. Can't eat it due to food
