The facade really doesn't pay a mine but don't mistake it, here you cook only good product, fresh, tasteful and generous. The Chieffe, Emilia, speaks with love and a humility almost embarrassed of his profession. His talented simplicity is good. The fries are just exceptional, certainly in the top 3 of the best fries I could taste. We find a perfectly balanced potato, with a frank taste, a perfect cooking that marries the textures: the crisp leaves the spot to the marrow, with just what it takes to chew, before returning to remember our good memory. The oil leaves no bad trace of its service rendered. The fry is voluptuous but neither fat nor disturbed by any bitterness that is found so often elsewhere (usually by the lack of oil change. The burger is equally balanced with a chopped steak, bouchère, generous and tasteful to wish (which can be taken in simple, double or triple: we enjoyed the first two but not tasted the third, which needs a sacred elasticity of the jaw to bite its Burger... .
