OK, so you’re holidaying in a ski chalet in Alpe D’Huez with a mixed party of adults and very young children and it’s the chalet host’s night off. The kids are too young or tired to risk taking the whole party of 14 to a...local restaurant or brasserie, and it’s snowing hard. Solution: Allo PapaPizza. Great selection of pizzas cooked on a wood fired oven and delivered (even on a busy, snowy night) within 45 minutes of ordering via phone (English spoken) by a crazy young man driving a battered Fiat Panda like the snow was never there. This is a takeaway pizza place next to the Irish bar O'sharkys. You can go and order in there and they will bring it into the Irish bar for you. The pizza itself is rubbish. Those cheap frozen type supermarket pizzas where the topping slides...off the base and burns your lip..... that's what you get. You can get a far far nicer pizza in pinnochio's or la roy ladre ect but i get that this is a takeout pizza place next to an Irish bar, so it is what it is. If you're hammered and need a bite then go for it, otherwise i wouldn't bother.

Good food, fast delivery, friendly service! Great pizza sauce, definitely would recommend! Easy to find and call for orders.

Super pizza, pâte à l'italienne! En bon connaisseur de l'italie je peux vous dire que le pizzaiolo travaille avec de la farine de qualité et sa pâte et tout simplement excellente! Je ne pensais pas trouver cette qualité de pizza à la montagne, le tout livré par un livreur bien sympathique. Toute la famille s'est régalé!
