Little Caesars Pizza - Hudsonville

I ordered pizza online for a soccer watch party with friends around dinner time. When I arrived to pick it up, nothing was ready, and there were customers waiting everywhere. One guy in front of me had been waiting for his pizza meal for about 30 minutes. Three different staff members asked him about his order, but none of them were able to help him. The only reason I'm giving this place more than one star is that the staff member offered me free cheese bread to help make up for the long wait I experienced for my online order, which took an additional 20 minutes after I arrived.

Friendly place, tends to be a little slow (possibly understaffed), the few times I've been to this location I had to wait (even for hot and readys). But wait times arnt horrible and it means then pizza is super fresh. Staff is always polite and the pizza is always on point.

The restaurant is rarely open, and when it is, it's so poorly managed that I'm often the only customer. I waited over 30 minutes for my meal, which was supposed to be hot and ready. Additionally, the breadsticks are always tossed around in the bag, which is disappointing.

I was very disappointed with the service at the drive-up. I arrived at 4:00 and waited for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. Despite making eye contact with the staff, they completely ignored the drive-up window. The cashier seemed to be counting the drawer—perhaps as part of their training—which is understandable, but it doesn't excuse the lack of basic courtesy in letting us know it would be a minute. A simple message could have made a difference. Overall, I was left feeling very dissatisfied with the experience.

I ordered yesterday 9/3 at 5;30 took my order and money, then tell me my order will be 9/4 drive over there tomorrow, because it does not have the phone OOOPS SORRY WE ARE CLOSED. No, the OR. That's so...
