I went in at 12:30 a.m. and this worker name caleb (I think he's new) was very rude to me. he was on the phone and when I said I needed help, he told me to keep the flap. I am insulted by this service and this generation. that is an absolute annoying and I will not come back. caleb ruined my dear to jimmy John’s because I no longer feel welcome there. when I gave him my order (on white brot), he recommended a slimmy jimmy instead. he said that's probably better for me. thank you for ruining my jimmy john's experience. they don't earn the $12 per hour they do. I can't believe this generation.
Yesterday at 16 o'clock, lighter up, car-dru open. but if I move on to the intercom, the employee breaks “we do not take orders now. we are waiting for a change of staff.” so they can not work or turn off the lights to let customers know they are closed? do not begin with covid, shortage of work, blah blah blah. there is something called work ethics and customer service. Why are they at work when they don't work? not sure if this is mismanagement or bad work ethics.
I am for a tight packaging on the packaging, but this is a little aggressive.
Got both of our orders wrong. Ordered a club lulu and beach club. Not sure what we got but it wasn’t those. Unfortunately did not notice it until we got home and didn’t have time to go back. So my kids just ate them. Just a bummer when you spend that and don’t get what you ordered.
Forgot the chips on my order then tried to argue with me about it. Failed to cut the sandwich in half as well. Very simple requests, but their customer service was horrible.
