Professor's Pizza - Hudson

Great sport bar with equally good food. The menu is huge with all the usual pizza shop items, plus bar food items like nachos, burgers, etc. I eat here all the time while on the road for work and have enjoyed every item on the menu I've tried. The buffalo tenders are among the best I've ever had, as are the steak tips. While I'm not often here for sport events, it's a lot nicer than most sports bars. The sound is just right where you can hear the game, as well as the person next to you. There's enough tvs for the space, and the drink prices are low enough to be affordable, but not so low as to attract the kind of crowd I don't like. Easily the best pizza place/sports bar in Litchfield/Hudson area.

Professor has at a distance the best steakbombe I ever had. they certainly recommend it when they eat here.
