Ziggi's Coffee - Hudson

First time having there coffee and was not impressed at all the coffee tasted burnt which was a first for me. Food was okay, nothing crazy

I ordered at the drive-thru. Quick and courteous service and a fabulous coffee. I also had the waffle sandwich.

Ziggi's is my favorite coffee source. We don't have Ziggi's in our town, so we have to drive a ways to get to a location. It's worth it though, for our once a week influence. We have our favorites, but we don't shy away from trying new, other, or customized drinks. Ziggi's has never disappointed me.

I have been coming to this location for almost four years, pretty much daily on my way to work. Today, was a blast. The woman in front of me was holding up the drive through line clearly not paying attention. When she got to the window, she proceeded to tell the employee in the drive through that she was trying to update her app, to which the employee told her to take her time. The woman than told her about me honking at her for holding up the line to which the employee apologized and not only gave her her order for free, but proceeded to give her a card for a free drink next time as well. Shouldn’t the apology be to those behind her for allowing her to hold everyone up? When I was greeted at the window with sarcasm and attitude, that was a super nice touch. I had never seen this employee before, but considering I pass plenty of Starbucks on the way to work, I am happy to ensure they get my business moving forward.
