This is an incredible dining spot in Hudson! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is consistently fantastic. I really wish they had better advertising because if we hadn't accidentally discovered it, we would have never known it was nearby! Given the quality of their food, they could easily be one of the busiest restaurants in the area if more people were aware of them. Honestly, it's a 10/10 experience every single time!

I stopped by after work and enjoyed some tonkotsu ramen along with a couple of Sapporo beers. The decor is clean and modern, and the server was very attentive. Service was quick, and the food was excellent—plenty of pork belly and a perfectly cooked egg. I will definitely be back soon!

I was pleasantly surprised to discover this gem during a family road trip. We're from near Milwaukee, WI, and the food was outstanding. We visited at an unusual time, so we were the only ones there, which made the service fantastic. I highly recommend this place to both locals and travelers passing through!
