They have something for everyone in terms of budget but not dietary restrictions. It is a chophouse, after all.The aged beef burger was the best burger I’ve had in my adult life.I went off menu to get a sunny-side up egg with it and they were happy to oblige.Great service and good decor. You should stop in.
The best steakhouse I’ve been to. The steak just melts in your mouth and is done to perfection. If the roasted parsnips are on the menu, it is a must have side.
A.M.A.Z.I.N.G we got the tomahawk, sirloin, and wagyu tritip. Even though we were most excited for the tomahawk, the sirloin and tritip were superb and had way better flavor. We also had the delmonico potatoes, brussel sprouts, and bone marrow butter, all of which were delicious sides. Our waitress was also the most darling person and so helpful and sweet. We came in with two babies and she offered to help walking around with them while we ate. We came on a quiet night, but the food and service were worth every penny! Definitely will be back when visiting the area again!
This was my first time coming to Iron and grass, and I would love to go back. We came for my girlfriends birthday on a Thursday night. Iron and grass has a beautiful atmosphere. It wasn't super packed, but it wasn't empty either, tables were spaced nicely and dinner felt intimate. The food was incredible. We were both in the mood for burgers, and they certainly didn't disappoint. The crispy smashed potatoes that come with it are out of this world and I'm determined to try to recreate them at home! For appetizers we got the miso duck wings and their spin on a French onion soup. They were both to die for. The wings were cooked to perfection and fell right off the bone, I'd go back for those alone! The French onion dish was equally as mouth watering, and the meat just disintegrated in your mouth. The waitress Riley is a saint. She was fantastic, and attentive. The drinks were absolutely phenomenal. For dessert, we opted for the sticky toffee cake. I normally do not like toffee, but the way they made a very thin layer atop the cake was incredible, and I couldn't not stop eating it savagely! I was ready to order another to take home with me! All in all, this place delivers. It's not overly expensive for a nice dining experience with excellent food. Absolutely give this place a try if you're in the area and want a fancy, affordable dinner!
This place was in one word: phenomenal. It was not busy at the time we came, which was surprising for a Saturday evening. From appetizer to dessert, the food was AMAZING. Maple Bacon appetizer, Steak Frites and Chicken Marsala for entrees (the black rice that came with the chicken was straight out of this world) and apple cobbler and caramel cake for dessert. Not a single solitary complaint about the food. The service was great and all in all home run of a night. Will definitely come again.
