Hop Tree Brewing - Hudson

My husband and I visited for trivia a couple of weeks ago, and it was our first time at this restaurant. Our server, Trish, was very polite and provided great suggestions from the menu. We would definitely return! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Delicious food, excellent beer, and a cozy atmosphere make this place a fantastic hidden gem in Hudson. The owner is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, making for a great experience.

The kitchen is incredibly slow. They ran out of both beers I wanted and the appetizer I had my eye on as well. It took an hour and twenty minutes to receive our appetizer, and as I write this review, I'm still waiting for my main course. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 5.

I wasn't impressed. The food was just average—neither great nor terrible. The lack of customers was concerning. After we finished our meal, I went to the restroom, and they took my unfinished drink away. I won't be returning. Rating: Food: 3, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 2.

Terrible service. We arrived and sat down quick. Server stated she would come back in a minute for our order. We waited greater than 30 minutes and nobody came. Went to see if there was a bartender or anyone... nobody was around. No staff anywhere. Very disappointed. Especially with how excited we were to go here Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
