I go here every weekend after grocery shopping, and I’ve had many terrible experiences. Today, I waited 10-15 minutes. I ordered a bagel with bacon and cream cheese, and I confirmed with the lady that she got the bacon (they always forget it) yet, when I got the bagel and got home, there was no bacon. (You pay extra for bacon) I was upset.When I got to the window, they forgot whip cream on both frozen coffees, and they forgot a bagel mini I had ordered. 10 minutes later, I got the other bagel mini I ordered, and my whip cream. They’re incredibly rude here as well.A few weeks ago, I went and ordered a ICED cold brew COLD FOAM. The person asked me if I wanted it iced, and then asked me if the COLD FOAM has foam. Then proceeded to give it to me without foam.If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Been here many times due to the convenient location. Today I was berated for (1) reminding the employees in the 'kitchen ' that I ordered a muffin toasted with butter after they just took it out of the bin and plopped it in the bag AND for (2) asking for a new muffin because when they begrudgingly 'corrected ' the muffin, they threw it into the bag upside down so the muffin was out of the paper and all over the bottom of the bag. To say they were argumentative is a understatement. When they were fixing mistake, they were talking about me to each other loudly so I could hear it. When I took the bag, I said that I have never been spoken to or about like that here and they should try a little kindness because it goes a long way. She told me to stop being such a Karen. Clearly, customer service and manners are not their strong suit. Will not go back.

This location is probably the absolute worst. The coffee is ALWAYS burnt, the employees are ALWAYS rude and you usually wait at least 20 minutes in the drive-thru every time you go whether there's a line or not.

Ordered dunkin this morning first they forgot our two food items , not to mention the worker seemed hungover or on something . Then we get our food and the avocado TOAST wasnt even toasted !!!! Poor service !!

Only coffee. Everything else has flies and bugs in the shells where they store the donuts. If they got flies on their donuts........
