Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hudson

The food is absolutely delicious and always served fresh. I'm a frequent customer and I love it. I've noticed that the portion sizes can vary each time I visit, but overall, it's far superior to Qdoba.

I've visited many Chipotle locations across several states, and my last experience was at one of the Woodbury, MN locations about two years ago. I promised myself I wouldn’t go back. Today, however, I decided to give the Hudson, WI store a try around 1:30 PM. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. It was incredibly disappointing. While the food was decent, the restaurant itself was filthy. It seemed there was no sense of urgency to clean the tables, empty the overflowing trash, or sweep the floor. I sat at a dirty table and watched as the employees stood around doing nothing between orders, and this was after the lunch rush had passed. If I were the owner of that establishment, I would be furious. If they can’t maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, how can we trust that the food preparation areas are hygienic? I won't be back.

I usually love chipotle but this time I almost broke my tooth on a whole avocado pit.

Unfortunately the Hudson, WI Chipotle is one of, if not the most, substandard Chipotle restaurants myself, my family and most of my friends have been in. Over the past several years this location has really been a disappointment. The staff is no longer friendly, the restaurant always looks unkempt and most importantly, ALWAYS out of product! How does a Chipotle restaurant run out cheese? Chips? Veggies? Rice? I'm a bit confused as to how this happens consistently, especially on a Saturday AND Sunday evenings, around the 6 pm dinner hour. Needless to say, once again, we decided to try Hudson again, and once again, the staff was rude, they were down to a pan of white rice, no cheese in the store (difficult to make tacos, quesadillas and such), no lettuce and out of chips. If and when any of us decide to give Chipotle another go, instead of driving a couple miles to the local restaurant, we will head to Woodbury where there are never any issues. Maybe one day this Chipotle will care again, the staff will smile and they'll actually have product to sell. Thank you, hope this helps.

I strongly DO NOT recommend Chipotle Mexican Grill in Hudson, WI! This is the dirtiest Chipotle I've ever been to. I just witnessed a child's meal that should have cost $4.50 get charged as if it were two meals at $9.50 each. For that price, we received a tiny amount of white rice, a small portion of beans, two tiny taco shells, and a small apple juice. The child only ordered one meal, but we were charged for two! When I asked to speak to the manager, the rude employee replied, "That's me... you get charged for two full meals if you ask for one extra small taco shell." Really? An extra little taco shell costs $4.50, which is the price of a whole meal? Unbelievable! I will NEVER return!
