Bbq Man - Hudson

We love the BBQ man! The food is always great, the BBQ melts practically in the mouth. Hank and Sara are amazing!

We have gone to this place for about 4 to 5 years....always consistent and tasty!!! The pulled pork sweet and juicy never dry and always fresh. The potato salad is always fresh and produced daily. We always order a lot of food to take home for two people What I would consider Eastern NC BBQ.... Bring me back

BY FAR the best bbq I have had in my life. The smoked chicken has a rich, peppery flavor and the pulled pork is absolutely amazing. I would eat here every week if I could. The staff is so friendly and attentive. If you haven't been here, you are missing out.

Came upon this place for the first time in years since I had last visited. We showed up to eat <15 minutes before closing and we were still graciously accepted. The food was piping hot and freshly made, the BBQ was peppery and top notch, fries were solid. Waitress was pleasant and accommodating drinks never ran low. All in all a neat place and good BBQ joint over near Caldwell CC.

We loved everything about this place. They run on a small staff but were super nice and the food was excellent. We went here for a friend's birthday party and they were very accommodating. They have a good variety of food from pork BBQ to ribs to even hamburgers.
