Fantastic fish and chips. Such a shame are not open more often than their three frys a week. Far far better than another establishment nearby that gets inexplicable queues.

We have a traditional chippy tea every Friday, we have been going to this chippy for years and can quite happily say they are the best we have ever had, excellent size portions and the staff are very friendly

Someone said the fish wasn 't Haddock I think it was, and what a lovely bit of Haddock it was too. Big, nicely battered and really meaty. Chips were plentiful and lovely too. Friendly fish bar where the food is fresh and really hot. As a 'southerner ' I was persuaded to have 'bits ' and that was a tasty naughty treat too. (So it 's not all bad up here ; Recommended, for sure.
