Don Bayloni - Huaraz

I ate a lunch menu in this restaurant consisting of a soup, spaghetti alfredo and ice cream. The soup was the worst thing I've ever eaten (also at the S/.4 menu restaurants the soup is always good! The spaghetti had absolutely no taste and the ice was a joke, so small quantity, badly presented and inedible! Since the price of this lunch card S/.13,50 I was hoping that the food was at least good, but it was terrible. You can eat amazing food for S/.10 in Huaraz and even for S/.6 the food is usually very good. The service was also terrifying, the waitress took forever to serve the food and was nowhere to find if we wanted to pay. When I asked myself to talk to the manager, I was told that he was not there, so I asked about the libro de reclamacion, a book where you can write a legal complaint, and surprisingly, they had no show that this restaurant is not even formal!
