Pizza Roma II - Huancavelica

Only a few pizza's on the menu and some pasta's No doubt it tasted good! But the cook has never in his life seen italian food; There is only a small variety of pizza's to select from and the personal' size is really small. Cheese...is the main ingredient. The base is crispy bread. The lasange is a reasonably large pot with tasty meatsauce but just layer of pasta The kitchen-room is nice warm. Staff is friendly It is not expensive You can find it in the street left of the cathedral on de plaza, clearly signposted with Roma ll.

Food is freshly prepared while you watch the kitchen which is part of one of the restaurant rooms. The huge stove is very helpful when chosing this restaurant as it is cold in most places but here you can enjoy good food next to a...warm stove. Recommended when you are tired of Peruvian food.

We went there because we were hungry and that Huancavelica doesn't really have lots of restaurants. The good thing is that it's located almost on the main square. Die Pizzen, die hier serviert werden sind soweit in Ordnung allerdings nicht typisch italienisch mit dünnem Teig sondern eher amerikanisch, sprich viel Teig und Käse. Die Pizzen werden frisch zubereitet und schmeckten auch ganz ok, allerdings machte die Bedienung ein riesen Problem daraus eine extra Zutat hinzufügen und blieb auch danach ziemlich unfreundlich.
