The menu was only in Chinese, so we ended up choosing our dishes randomly. It appeared that some other customers had ordered from a menu with pictures, which would have been very helpful. The food was delicious. *Visited in mid-December 2019*

This small restaurant offers a variety of options to choose from, but the menu is only available in Chinese and none of the employees speak English. This makes it difficult to dine here if you are unable to read Chinese, but having a Taiwanese friend can make the experience much easier. The dishes can be a hit-and-miss, with the Taiwanese-style dishes being more flavorful than the pasta options. They also serve homemade lemonade, which is quite delicious. Some customers have mentioned that the chef can be a bit aloof, but overall, it's an okay place to dine if you happen to be in the area.

Unless you can speak and/or read Mandarin, it can be challenging to navigate this restaurant. The menu is only in Chinese characters and the staff do not speak English. Despite my limited language skills, I eventually managed to order something to eat. However, I found the food to be quite disappointing and the service made it clear that foreigners are not particularly welcome.
