R & D and his wife are amazing hosts. Forget that we were patrons, but we were old friends who had only a good buzz. Great surf/beach vibe here with Three Little Birds, Buffalo Soldier and how to play on their speaker. They opened one of their favorite millet rice wine and shared us after we love chili, they even gave them some of their different homemade chili to try for us. If you are looking for a nice small diving/surfing bar with good service and friendly owners to treat you like their friends. Come here. Really beautiful Asahi design served and food is also amazing. If you are in Hualien, please fall through this jewel of a place, you will never regret it. Btw we only found out from this place when we walked on the main road and pee into the alley and saw a small circular Asahi sign hanging from their humble house place.

We stumbled over this pub while looking for a place to drink and eat. What a great find it was. Very delicious local hot-fry and BBQ dishes. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Excellent service all night. Very spacious interior and exterior with an east coast Surfer Vibe. Good place to have a relaxed time with a group of friends.

Really nice place to hang with friends and chill, good food, good drinks and good service! You also have beautiful cocktails! But this place will only run by the owner and his wife, so patience with her ingenious food you come to your table when she super busy atm!

It is not only a perfect place for chat and beer, but also a restaurant for amazing and surprising great food.
