Bolivar Restaurant - Huacho

I had a very bad and disappointing experience. I'm writing up because I don't want you to experience this. I went with my friends and we ordered something, but then we change our thoughts immediately and we decided to go. Of course it wasn't done what we ordered. Well, they didn't let us go without paying for something we never go to our table. Later the manager came and she tried to blame us for something else. My friend decided to pay and we paid more of the original price. We called the police and of course they didn't do anything, and the manager said that if it wasn't true, I met them so consciously. If you're crazy, just don't get closer to someone or they'll lie. I think they have cameras and of course there were more people who testify everything so that I could go, of course, but be careful. These people are serious about taking your money, especially when they are slow. Just make sure that you order something that is the price on the menu, otherwise they will charge you for something else. Tengan cuidado, hay muchos lugares latinos con mejor servicio. Tuvimos una experiencia muy mala y desagradable en nuestras vacaciones. Este restaurante quiere aprovecharse de los turistas y cobrar extra por algo que uno no ha ordenado. Nuestra mesera nos había dicho que nos costaba $60 el Pitch y nuestro cheque nos termino llegando por ciento y algo. Llamamos a la policía y no hicieron nada porque el precio no estaba en el menú. Tampoco se acerquen a la manager en especial si están de mal genio . Ella se invento que yo la golpeé cuando era mentira. Por supuesto había más gente que fueron testigos de todo. An ellos no les importa el customer service, solo quieren que les entre dinero. Tengan cuidado porfavor y en especial si son turistas. Fíjensen bien los precios y que estén en el menú.

We took the 3:30 hours drive to Caral of Lima when we saw the billboard for this restaurant on the highway. We took a detour and, man, I was glad we made it. We paid 27 soles for a HUGE order of really fresh ceviche and, as main course, I paid 18 soles for a really delicious dish of a duckbone and a thigh with a kind of amazingly seasoned fried rice on the side. My friend was more conservative and had a fried chicken breast with pure rice and frits also for 18 soles. We ate like kings and spent a little over 30 soles with drinks. Delicious, simple and cheap food in a restaurant that is huge and also has good service.

Dropped in for supper after driving from Lima late afternoon… Portions were BIG, service was good and well priced. They even had a doorman downstairs that kept an eye on our Jeep! All around good deal! Hope this review was helpful!!!

Ambiente cómodo, buena comida y atención, precios aceptables para la calidad de la comida, sólo que en verano es insoportable el calor dentro de sus instalaciones

La atención lentísima, los vasos súper sucios, inclusive nos tocó uno con espuma de cerveza y la comida de calidad regular. 4 de nuestros 5 platos fueron entregados fríos y todos a destiempo. La jalea mixta y la leche de tigre, una decepción! El tacu tacu fue el único plato bueno. En resumen, no vuelvo!!
