Poké Fresh - Howell

I really enjoy fresh raw vegetables and healthy eating, and Poke Fresh was fantastic! I would give it 5 stars, but it's a little on the pricey side for me.

The food is delicious and always fresh, but I'm a bit disappointed with the portion sizes for the protein. I don’t think they provide enough considering the price per bowl.

The staff member seemed inexperienced during my first visit. She completely overwhelmed my bowl with Himalayan salt, to the point where it was almost inedible. I also have my doubts about whether she even included any ahi tuna. Eating my meal felt like the unpleasant experience of having too much saltwater in my mouth at the beach. The rice tasted stale, and the pineapple was not ripe at all.

Our mini bowls were excellent! I wish I could rate it 3.5 stars, as there were a few aspects that kept it from being a full 4 stars, but the food itself was really delicious. We asked for some guidance since it was our first visit, but the staff member we approached was less than helpful. Fortunately, we managed to figure things out on our own. However, when my daughter ordered boba teas for herself and her siblings, they were quite disappointing. We regularly enjoy boba, and this was just some juice with a few boba pearls at the bottom. When she handed them to the kids, they looked at them and asked, "Is this boba tea?" which made us all laugh. So, my advice is to definitely enjoy the food but consider getting your boba from somewhere else.

I enjoy both locations in Livingston County. This one is smaller, but the food is delicious. The staff here seems more reserved, and the atmosphere is less bustling.
