Panera Bread - Howell

What a great panera! great personal and clean space.

If you look through the window at the driveway, you can see the kitchen. wow it was dirty! I know it was lunchtime, but it should be more ordinary workers. or someone clean up! there were transport containers and food spilled everywhere!

What a pleasant experience! there was a line in the drive-thru and the parking lot was quite crowded. When I came in, I commanded him to go and got my food in just a few minutes! this crew has them together! eating was just as delicious and perfect as I would expect from panera

The turtle says they are open until 10 o'clock. they are not. door locked. the driveway through the girl said they are closing now at 9 o'clock. when I proposed that they put a paper shield on the door so that people like me would not waste our time coming back to our cars and going through the way they were drunk and said they would not allow them. Really? many places near earlier these days because of the personal problems, I understand it. but at least update the door signs to reflect this.

2nd time tried to order soup online through app and couldn't. First time I called and they took my order over the phone. Just happened again d when I called the lady said they don't take phone orders, you have to order online. Okay then fix your app!don't take phone orders, you have to order online.
