Subway - Howard City

I placed an online order, and when they prepared my sandwich, they added the wrong vegetables. I mentioned the issue, and instead of making a new one, they just dug through my sandwich to replace the veggies. As a result, my sub looked unappetizing. I definitely don’t recommend coming here.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the surroundings were well-maintained and tidy. My sandwich was made just the way I wanted it and tasted great—exactly what I expect from a Subway. Overall, I had a very positive experience.

I usually don’t have any issues with this subway location, but tonight was a different story. I decided to grab subs for my family since it was too hot to cook, and we have a family of 10. I know that’s quite a lot, but we weren’t in a hurry, so they could have taken their time. Instead, we faced some resistance about ordering more than 5 sandwiches. I mean, what about larger families? It didn’t seem busy at all; there was no one else in the restaurant when we arrived. I’m not sure when we’ll be back because it felt like the staff were unwilling to do their jobs.
