Everything is just great here! Been here three times now with my boyfriend, because we really like the pizzas so much. The whole picture is actually perfect: the atmosphere in the restaurant and the service, just great. Definitely recommended for a nice and fun evening out. The food is tasty (but on the salty side) and more than enough, and the service and atmosphere are good at Brother Louie. Because of the thirsty food, we also ordered (in addition to all the drinks) a carafe of still water, which was also clearly tap water. But when you get the bill you feel quite cheated when you are charged €5 for half a liter of tap water!! For comparison: the direct costs for drinking water in Houten are €1.85 per 1000 liters (based on consumer rate, including tax on drinking water, standing charge and VAT). Brother Louie pays €0.000925 for half a liter. That's a gross profit margin of 99.98%. This gives the food a nasty aftertaste.
